Missiranding is on the North Bank, again far away from any tourism. As far as the eye can see, only parched ground and scrub. Not a blade of grass can be seen.

The village elder contacted our local manager, explained the hopeless situation to him and asked for support. In the spring of 2022 we looked at the conditions on site and discussed the organizational steps required to bring the project to reality.

The land  of 240 x 240 meters was made available to the residents with an official letter for a family garden from the village elder.  In June 2022, at the end of the dry season, the drilling crew advanced and drilled the borehole 28m deep.  The end of the dry season is the best time to dig a well. The groundwater level is very low at this time. This way you can ensure that the valuable liquid will bubble up sufficiently all year round.
